The title of the book is "Dedicated by Heads of State." The use of the term "heads of state" in this case is somewhat arbitrary and includes, in a broader sense, the ruling pairs, the presidents of the republic, the First Lady, the prime ministers and the party leaders. 95% of the 3,000-piece collection - and the book - is made up of such individuals. Sometimes I wandered to world celebrities who have some connection to big politics or have been so significant and respected that they could be included in the collection and the book as well.
